Vacation Rental Additional Terms and Conditions
Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $75.
Pool heat available at $22 per day (may be needed November-April)

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance required one month prior to arrival.
$250 security deposit is also required and will be repaid after inspection immediately after your departure.
